Asphalt drum mix plant is a continuous mixer that heats aggregates, homogenously mixes ingredients and adds a set amount of bitumen and filler in the drum. Manufacturing and dispensing of hot mix asphalt into the truck or convening into a storage silo ate continuous process.
Asphalt drum mix plant is available in capacity, ranging from 20 â≠120 TPH. We can supply this plant of capacity mote than 120 TPH on demand.
DESCRIPTION
FAB â≠INDIA INDUSTRIES employs complex engineering process in the making of premium asphalt batch mix plant. The components of this plant, such as drum, mixer, burner, screen, feeder, filter and control are manufactured in-house.

Load Out Conveyor
Hot Mix material discharged from the Thermodrum is conveyed by inclined hot conveyor belt to the tipper / truck using a surge storage hopper, which is hydraulically operated. The heat resistant hot conveyor belt is of make like Dunlop, Equiv or MRF. Idlers support this belt. Channel and angles of appropriate size are used for fabricating frame. For the running of conveyor belt, a separate AC motor with gear box is provided. It is made sure that mix material doesn't stick to the belt with the provision of a belt scraper. For the storage of hot mix, there is a hydraulically operated storage hopper at the discharge end of the conveyor. It also prevents segregation and spillage during load out cycle.

Our drum mix plant comprises fully computerized control cabin (AC optional) with distribution switch board, on board electrical power control console, and completely automatic process and sequence control. User friendly software provides you complete reliability and ensures superior performance.

CONTINOUS ELECTRONIC BELT WEIGHING SYSTEMS
The SCADA System is useful in complete process controls and metering of the mix proportions. PLC processes the feedback from the load cell. The bitumen and filler proportioning is automatically controlled and processed.
BITUMEN INJETION
This is a high capacity gear pump which is hot oil jacketed, and is controlled by an AC variable speed drive. This gear pump feeds an adequate amount of bitumen into the mixing section of the Thermodrum unit. The SCADA / PLC control ensures an accurate metering of bitumen.
FILLER STORAGE UNIT
We offers a number of filler storage and feeding solutions to the customers. They can select the best depending on the site requirements. With a variable speed computerized synchronized metering systems, right proportioning in the mix is possible.
