Asphalt Drum Mix plant is an uninterrupted mixer in which heating of aggregates, its consistent mixture and step-up of set quantity of Bitumen and Filler is finished in the Drum itself. The manufactured Hot Mix Asphalt is dispensed unerringly into a truck or storehouse silo.
Asphalt Drum Mix Plants are available with capacity range of 20 – 120 TPH. Capacity more-then 120 TPH are also available as per customer’s demand.

Load Out Conveyor
The Hot Mix material is released from the Thermodrum that is carried by disposed Hot Conveyor belt and is dismissed into the tipper/truck through hydraulically functioned Surge Storage Hopper. The Hot Conveyor belts are heat resistant, of reputed brand like Dunlop / MRF / Equiv. The belts are corroborated by the figure of idlers. The frame is made-up from befitting size of angles and channels. A detached AC Motor with Gear Box is rendered to run the Conveyor belt. Belt Scrapers are furnished to obviate any jutting of the mixed substantial to the belt.
Hydraulically functioned the storage hoppers are furnished at the emission end of the conveyor, which stocks the Hot Mix and permits it to fall as aggregate in the batches. In this way, the complete separatism and spillage take place during the out loading of cycle.
The control cabins are fully computerized and come with (optional AC), distribution switch boards, board electrical power control consoles, fully auto loading process & series controls. All these artifacts are the standardized factors of our Drum Mix Plants. The user friendly software it comes with, gives you absolute dependability and insures top notch execution.

CONTINUOS ELETRONIC BELT WEIGHING SYSTEMS :
The modern SCADA System assists in entire process controls and metering of the mix dimension. The activity from the Load cell is refined by the PLC, which automatically advances and controls the processes of bitumen and filler proportioning.
BITUMEN INJETION :
The hot oil jacketed gear type pumps of advanced capacity is integrated and is disciplined by an AC changeable speed drives, which feed the metered quantity of bitumen into the combination area of the Thermo drum unit. The fully machine-controlled SCADA / PLC controls guarantees a meticulous metering of bitumen.
FILLER STORAGE UNIT :
We offer a vast scope of filler storage and ingestion solutions for the customers to take from, looking on the site demands. A computerized synchronized metering system of shifting speed guarantees the accurate proportioning in the mix.
