Our Mobile Concrete Batching/ Mixing Plant FI-M frameworks are the most cost-efficient & versatile. The rolling plants are accessible in various models compassing from 15 m3/hr. to 36 m3/hr. capacities.
It functions as a rolling concrete batch plant that is fit for the production within few hours of accomplishment at site. The FI-M model plants of “FAB INDIA INDUSTRIES” includes of:
A heavy duty tube-shaped subdivision chassis on which 3 or 4 aggregate silos are fastened. Under each aggregate silo a belt conveyor is inserted that runs and charge the materials into the turbo mixers.
A turbo pan mixer is placed at the middle of the build and is affixed on 3 load cells for precise weighting.
A cement feeding hopper is set on one rear point of the figure below which a screw conveyor is connected that charges the cement into turbo mixers.
The water/additive combined tanks with detached pumps is set between the chassis at one point, which presents additive & water into the turbo mixer.
A control panel dwelt in an abstracted steel cabinet is placed at the front-most point of the chassis (at the pointed-toe ending).
Control panels are outfitted with modish PLC with touch screen type HMI. This special control method can store countless different mix designs (recipes) with all portion records up to 50 lac cum. miter. Production yield.
The production aggregation logging system given in HMI obviates the necessity of SCADA.
Logged inside the HMI can be transferred to a USB based removable storage device (USB Pen Drive) without stopping the plant.
The whole plant is affixed on 6 pneumatic tires of 8.25 X 16 sizes along with two backside axles & one control axle at front. All the tires are ready-made with independent load at running site by 5 Nos. of automatic screw jacks.
The plant is set up on a plane ground of five mechanical jacks with wooden artifacts. No foundation is needful. Out-and-out the plant is pre-wired and requires to be connected in the main supply cable located in the panels, which are ready for exercise.
