STATIONARY PLANT MODEL FAB-HCP-TWIN SHAFT EQUIPPED WITH FOLLOWING STANDARD ACCESSORIES;
1. Twin shaft type mixer
The twin shaft mixer gives an advanced and reliable mixing solution for any kind of concrete blending. It is capable of handling from zero to high slump concrete. It comprises two horizontal shafts with arms and paddles that move in such a specific way to create spiral shaped horizontal and vertical mix direction to ensure three dimensional mixing accuracy. Instant discharge is possible, as there is a discharge hydraulic gate throughout length of mixer vat. This mixer is highly reliable for its following features:

2. Cement, Water & Additive Weighing hoppers
On an independent frame structure, Water, Cement and additive hopper is mounted. An individual electronic load cell is used for separate weighing. Water pump is installed on chassis for feeding of water and additive.
3.Four bin feeder
Bins are held by Heavy structured steels. It is basically in line layout with pre-assembled extension for reducing the installation time of the plant. The aggregate bins have discharge window, that opens through pneumatic cylinders. Materials recipe is collected in a gathering conveyor for the purpose of weighing before moving it on to the slinger conveyor for feeding into the pan mixer.
4. Slinger conveyor
The conveyor is assembled for the purpose of unloading of dry concrete recipe to mixer. Through a batch controller (panel), this conveyor is interlocked to the mixer. To start the conveyor, it is necessary that the mixer is running. It has a chevron type belt with canopy throughout the length. This conveyor is driven by geared motor, mounted on end of drive drum.
5. Screw conveyor for cement
Screw conveyor is assembled for feeding cement into cement hopper. Wear resistance flight is used in the making of this conveyor to ensure longer life in cement conveying. 219mm is the diameter of screw flight, apt for rated output.
6. Cement feeding hopper 1.0 m3
Cement feeding hopper 1.0 m3 is used for storing cement. 50 bags cement is the total storage capacity of this hopper. This can be used for storage for small quantum of work, instead of bigger silos.
7. Control panel:
The control panel is assembled in furnished cabinet. A reliable and accurate controlling is performed by combining the power of a PLC base batch controllers. It can handle different scales such as, cement water, aggregate, and additive. It can efficiently handle multiple scale and multiple ingredient mixing and batching procedures, with all needed facilities of interlocking, event logging, timing, generating alarm, recipe as well as report. There is a Touch Screen password protection display on the screen, along with compact flash socket for increasing memory capacity with internet port, USB port and Serial communication ports. Batch to batch accuracy is ensured with high speed sampling. Parallel batching operations are possible with programming of interlocks within the system.
