1. PAN TYPE MIXER
Mixer is basically used for effective blending of concrete and aggregate. We have, therefore, designed FAB Pan Type Mixer to maintain homogeneity and consistency of blended concrete.
Our mixer has gained popularity among customers for its simple handling method, low maintenance charge, hassle free operation and high productivity level. This mixer is made of heavy gauge steel sheet and it can be placed on mobile tower so that workers can directly load mixed concrete in it by simply placing it under discharge chute.
We offer this mixer in 0.25m3 - 1.0m3 vibration based mixing capacity based options.

2. Cement, Water & Additive Weighing hoppers
Separate electronic load cells are used to control functioning of weighing system and hopper (used for feeding additive, cement and water prior to mixing). The chassis mounted water pump is used for trouble free feeding of additive and water.
3. Four bin feeder
The bin feeder is supported by heavy duty structural steel made post which is installed in the same direction of pre assembled extension part to quicken installation process of this plant. Pneumatic cylinders are used to operate function of discharge window of this bin feeder. Mixed aggregate is deposited into the weighing conveyor to determine its precise weight prior to shifting it towards the slinger conveyor. The aggregate is later transferred to pan mixer for feeding purpose.
4. Slinger conveyor
Slinger conveyor is used to unload dry concrete substance from mixer. Batch controller acts as a reliable interlocking medium between mixer and conveyor. It indicates that the operation of this conveyor depends on the functioning of the mixer. As part of its design, this slinger conveyor contains chevron belt that has lengthy canopy over it. The belt is controlled via geared motor located at the end part of drive drum. This motor is effective in preventing accidental slipping of transferred materials by grasping the materials securely. The entire design of this conveyor promotes its better performance.
5. Screw conveyor for cement
Screw conveyor is used to feed material into cement hopper. Wear protected flight is used to design this conveyor. Known for its long working life, this conveyor contains 219 mm screw flight for its higher output.
6. Cement feeding hopper 1.0 m3
Cement feeding hopper is utilized to store cement. This sturdily built hopper is capable of storing 50 bags of cement at a time. This hopper acts as a good substitute of heavy duty silo for small scale projects.
7. Control panel
Control panel of this plant is located in well furnished cabinet shaped enclosure. This control panel serves the role of PLC operated batch controller for effective and smooth regulation of every stages of the operation of the plant. This panel is used to maintain precision of mixing amount of additive, cement, aggregate and water. This control panel efficiently manages different mixing and batching operation irrespective of ingredient number and production scale. It can even control alarm generation, time setting, interlocking, data generation, recipe formation and event registering procedures
The touch screen based password safety arrangement of this control panel ensures safe storage of important data. Its flash socket is capable of raising memory storage capacity by integrating with internet port, serial communication ports and USB port. Moreover, its rapid sampling system maintains precision of every cycle of production. The pre programmed interlock parameters of this control panel enable it to control parallel batching.
