Offered Wetmix Plant is useful for efficient and even blending of sub base and granular substances at less project cost. This macadam plant incorporates pioneering technology to produce consistent base for irregular surface. The design and mechanism of this plant have been meticulously developed to enhance its performance.
Homogeneous blending of aggregate and concrete, precise mixing, smooth releasing of mixed substances sans leaving any residues and effective additive binding performance are some of the important criteria that have been evaluated during designing of this road development plant. Notable for its heavy duty structure, this plant contains standard grade steel components that ensure its reliable operation and high structural strength.
Offered as part of our WM series of plant, this equipment is capable of producing cement or lime based aggregate base mix, emulsion based mixes and cold mixes within limited period. Known for its high automation degree, this plant uses cutting edge process controlling technology for its operation. Required technical support is provided for its trouble free installation on site.
We provide this plant in 60 TPH to 200 TPH production capacity based options.
Components and Features
Cold bin feeder
Advanced anti bridging device has been used as connecting solution for the four bin feeders of this plant. This particular type of connecting arrangement promotes smooth and homogeneous supply of aggregates irrespective of their form and size. Even inner wall and dead angle free design of thin bin feeder ensures uninterrupted flow of aggregate during its transferring to conveyor. Variable frequency drive controlled technology with flexible parameters is used to regulate flow of aggregate from feeder to conveyor with utmost precision.
Water Tank & Metering
Surge protected water tank, spray bar and control valves of this plant regulate water flow towards the mixing section. The attached water flow meter is used to measure flow rate of water. Connected water pump with easy to adjust pipelines is also used to optimize its performance.
Pug mill mixer
Twin shaft equipped pug mill mixer is utilized for effective and uniform blending of different sorts of aggregates and additives continuously. Wear proof paddles of this mixer have been developed from standard grade alloy steel that helps to extend its working life. Paddle shaft is installed on heavy duty friction proof bearings for stable operation of this plant. Tear and wear proof liners of this plant helps to reduce its maintenance charge.
Storage Silo (optional)
The clamshell gates of its optional storage silo promotes rapid and trouble free opening via hydraulic mechanism. The design of this storage silo depends on working capacity of plant. This hydraulic technology promotes fast releasing of blended aggregate. This silo can be installed and shifted easily.
Anti Segregation Surge Hopper
Precisely developed surge hopper of this plant promotes quick releasing of aggregate inside trucks sans any hindrance and wastage. Hydraulically controlled clamshell gates are unlocked from one side to the other side of hopper so that aggregates can be shifted easily without any wastage, spillage and separation.
Weather proof cabin and mechanically regulated control panel of this plant promote its trouble free functioning. The sequence based control panel parameters and their accurate execution guarantee about smooth operation of this plant.
